Making a handlebar bag support rack

Guy makes a rack. John's rack in particular. Designed to fit his Berthoud handlebar bag and hold the hanging Edelux II light. There are a lot of benefits of a custom bike: Fit, tubing selection, picking the perfect tire size…blah blah blah. You know what one of the best things is? Custom racks designed to fit the bike, the bag, and the intended use perfectly. No adjustable struts, no compromise to make it fit all bikes, just the perfect rack for this particular bike. When I used to share shop space with Ahren/Banjo Cycles and Leah/The Rack Lady who both constructed many racks (including some of the original Velo Orange ones) I used to watch them thinking this looked like miserable fiddly work. While it is fiddly, it turns out it's not miserable. Who knew? I really love making these.
