Finishing the Woven Cutting Boards
In this video we will pick up where a previous video (How to make the Woven Design) left off. We will start by squaring up the boards using the table saw and the miter saw. Then we will use a router to finish the edges. Then we will sand, wet, and sand again to obtain the best finish possible. Then we will put one coat of mineral oil on each board and let dry. More examples of this pattern can be seen at my website robinswoodshop.com.
