Ever wondered what a Utah wedding is actually like? In this full DJ gig log, I take you behind the scenes of my sister’s wedding—from the temple ceremony to the luncheon, all the way to the reception and dance floor. Utah weddings are a little different than most, and this video shows the entire day from a DJ’s perspective. I thought my family wedding would be perfect as we're probably some of the most stereotypical Utah people there are. Seven kids whose names all start with "J", members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and for most of my family members, no knowledge of what a DJ actually does for a wedding. This is my longest gig log yet, because I didn't just want to show you how I set everything up, I wanted to remember a fantastic family experience.
