Previously, we discussed legendary Japanese trucks popular in the 80s and 90s, namely the UD Nissan Diesel Big Thumb and the Mitsubishi Fuso Super Great series. Now, we continue with a similarly legendary JDM truck, this time from Hino. Hino Motors also had a heavy-duty product that was no less popular at the time, the Super Dolphin. Many of these JDM Hino trucks also entered our country when the import of used vehicles was allowed. This series of trucks is characterized by a distinctive grille design that differs from the rigid truck and tractor head models, making them easily recognizable on the road.
