Round One - Scholars of the South Tigris The second game in the South Tirgris trilogy from Garphill Games has players translating scrolls from multiple languages to Arabic, and researching a number of different areas of study. Watch us do just that, as we manipulate dice to power our actions, utilizing influence, resources, and the help of a wide range of translators! NOTE: THIS VIDEO IS SPONSORED IN PART BY GARPHILL GAMES RULES CORRECTIONS (thanks to some commenters for helping catch some): When a player interacts with a card on which you have influence, IN ANY WAY, they must pay you a silver. This includes then someone uses a power to remove or place gold on a translator. At the beginning of a "Rest" action, a scroll card will only move over to the house of wisdom if at least one of the guilds there is empty of scroll cards.
