LAPIS LEGIT PRUNES KEJU By Vianney Lim Ingredients A: 40 egg yolks 150 g powdered sugar 2 tbsp sweetened condensed cream Ingredients B: 350 g butter 100 g margarine 150 g powdered sugar Additional ingredients: 1 tbsp wheat flour 1 tbsp powdered milk Topping ingredients: 150 g prunes (22-24 pieces) 100 g cheese My baking method: Place the empty baking pan in the oven for 5 minutes (150°C, top-bottom heat, bottom rack) First layer: Bake at 150°C, top-bottom heat, bottom rack for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn the oven to 170°C, top-bottom heat, bottom rack, and bake until the surface is golden brown. * Second layer and beyond: Bake at 190°C (375°F) on the top rack, then turn to the middle rack until the surface is lightly browned. Final layer: Bake at 170°C (375°F) on the top rack, then turn to the top rack, and bake for another 5 minutes or until the surface is lightly browned.
