Alex O’Connor Forces Stunning Admission From Dr Craig

In this video, Alex O’Connor presses William Lane Craig on one of the key scientific claims behind his response to the argument from animal suffering — and gets a remarkable concession in the process. For years, Craig and his colleague Christian philosopher Michael Murray have argued that animal suffering may not be morally significant in the way many atheists assume, partly because of controversial claims about animal consciousness and neuroscience. But under scrutiny from Alex O’Connor, the scientific basis for those claims begins to collapse, as Craig is forced to acknowledge serious problems with the neuroscience he had relied upon.Alex was presenting evidence that my colleagues and I had published in the following papers: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/1... https://link.springer.com/article/10.... you can also see a longer video that I made with Alex O Connor, Joe Schmid, Peter Singer and my co authors Ken Williford, David Rudrauf and Perry Fuchs here:    • Atheism's Best Argument? The Problem of An...   To listen to the full debate https://www.premier.plus/unbelievable... a quick note on the thumbnail , I uploaded images of Alex and Bill to Chatgt, just to composite together.
