Some important points! 1. Lean over! You have to lunge on the opposite leg as much as possible. 2. Be patient! Rising too soon will have your baton getting caught in your ribs. Waiting too long has coming into your face. 3. Arm straight up! 4. Give the baton space in your neck to roll! 5. Progressions! Practice each half separately to find consistency! 6.
