With the connection to your own self and the universe, the filmmakers Phil and Diana take you on a spiritual journey. Nature, yoga, meditation and lightworker teachers and a deep trust in the big picture will help. This episode is about the chakras and their effect with the respective natural elements earth, water, fire, air and energy. The corresponding yoga asanas provide support.
