I grew up in the Jurong Staff Quarters of Singapore Telecoms during the 1960s. My father retired from Singapore Telecoms in 1974, and he always spoke fondly of the close-knit community we had there. Wanting to preserve and share these memories before they fade, I began researching our history in 2010.
