Piano Scales and Arpeggios Grade 1 - New Syllabus - ABRSM from 2021

This is a simple "Play Along" to all the scales we have worked on this term for Grade 1 - New Syllabus. Once you have really carefully prepared all the scales, Left Hand, Right Hand, Hands together, now you can just drill the requirements for the exam. Always play along to the metronome. Then, I would make a lucky dip of all the scales and pick them out at random. ...Just remember everything we have always talked about and worked on... Hands Together in Similar Motion: - 1 octave C major Hands Separately in Similar Motion - 2 octaves G major F major A minor natural / harmonic / melodic D minor natural / harmonic / melodic Contrary Motions: - 1 octave C major Arpeggios - Hands separately - 1 octave G major A minor Enjoy :) **for my students, we will be able to play many more scales by this time (like the old syllabus) and will be playing all of the above, hands separately and together! Boom! Yes! :)
