So, we warm up, and then get right into our rounds (4 of them!). Each round is 3 mins long with 3 moves (one min each). After that we get into 4 tabatas (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds recovery). Finally, we finish with a block of "Insanity" with 4 moves back to back (2 mins total) and finish our 3rd set with a one min. power move!
