Rita Panahi speaks out against ‘disturbing’ torture of Moscow terror suspects
Sky News host Rita Panahi has spoken out against the “torture” of the suspects allegedly involved in the terrorist attack in Moscow, Russia. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack which killed 133 people. Four suspected gunmen were later arrested and were allegedly tortured by authorities. One man was allegedly subject to electric shocks while another had his ear cut off. “I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but perhaps I wouldn’t be saying this if it were my family being murdered but this disturbs me greatly,” Ms Panahi said.
