Getting Her Life on Track

The plaintiff was kicked out of her home when she was 13 years old, and she had to raise her baby in foster care. Eventually, the plaintiff got out, became a cosmetologist, and got her life on track. While the plaintiff was in jail, she alleges her former friend stole some of her clothes and personal belongings, so she’s suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff is actually a stripper and that’s how they met, and he denies stealing anything of hers.
