In this episode, I speak with Tomek Zieliński – a wonderful coach and trainer. Tomek is a person with an extraordinary heart, the initiator of the "Hear on Time" campaign, which focuses on helping children and teenagers. When he learned that one child commits suicide every day in Poland, he couldn't ignore it and decided to do something about it. He opened "Okienko" (Window) so that people with problems could come to him. He collaborates with psychotherapists, psychologists, and doctors to help others. He helps young people and educates educators and parents. He runs a series of training sessions called "The All-Knowing, Sweet-Farting Adult." As he claims, "there are no closed people, only unheard ones." In my podcast, Tomek talks about his conversion and a mysterious mentor who had a huge impact on the person he has become. My guest has undergone a complete life transformation, and from someone arrogant, conceited, and career-obsessed, he has become humble, a listening ear, and a loving person. We mainly discuss what's most important in relationships with young people, among whom suicide, depression, and self-harm are so high. Young people abuse drugs and alcohol to numb themselves, leading to tragedy. As a parent, Tomek draws on his personal experience to share how to build relationships with children, what mistakes to avoid, and how to properly support them. It turns out that the key to all relationships is listening and loving. Tomek believes that relationships can always be restarted. How can you do this?
