Picking Up the Thread Again | Knitting, Mending & Perfectionism

A day spent mending a well-loved dress and reflecting on perfectionism, expectations, and the fear of disappointing others. After coming home from Iceland Knit Fest with almost no footage, I found myself putting off filming altogether. The longer I waited, the bigger the task seemed to become. In this video, I share some thoughts on "doing your best," beginning again after falling short of your own expectations, and why the things we care about often deserve more than one chance.
