Here's a total body workout that can be done while wearing your little nugget! Do three sets of each superset, and 10-15 reps of each exercise! Superset 1: Dumbbell deadlifts Curl to Press Superset 2: Walking lunges Dumbbell Rows Superset 3: Squat to kickback Dips Ab set: 15-20 reps 3 times! Crunches toe touches Planks (hold 30s to 1 min)
