Pinterest:   / aurynkitchen   - Recipe Walnut Sourmilk Banana Bread: 3 overripe bananas 2 eggs 118g olive oil 75g sourmilk/buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla extract 170g flour 1 tsp baking soda 0,5 tsp salt 180g sugar 50g chopped walnuts Put oven on 165 degrees C. 1. Mash the bananas. Add the eggs, oil, sourmilk, vanilla extract and mix. 2. In another bowl, sift the flour and mix the rest of the dry ingredients (baking soda, salt, sugar). 3. Add half of the flour mix to the banana mixture, mix it in gently. Add the rest and mix gently. 4. Add the chopped walnuts. 5. Pour the batter in a greased or lined bread pan. 6. Bake in middle of oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean #bananabread #recipe #baking
