In March 2026, I documented this relaxing 10-minute journey using both drone footage and GoPro cameras aboard a 22-foot boat. Our trip begins at Safe Harbor on Pine Island before navigating through Wilson Cut into Little Bokeelia Bay. From there, we continue deeper into Southwest Florida’s hidden waterways, entering Jug Creek and eventually emerging into Back Bay. The final destination on this trip was the Four Winds Marina near the Lazy Flamingo 3 restaurant — one of the classic waterfront stops around Pine Island.
