Finance ministry to avail funds for South Sudan dialogue process to commence

South Sudan's presidency says the national dialogue process will begin as soon as the finance ministry releases the necessary funds. This follows President Salva Kiir's pledge, this week, to end the ongoing violence and ethnic tension shaking the country by calling for national dialogue. CCTV's Patrick Oyet reports
