The Guarani armored vehicle is the Brazilian Army's main weapon for border patrol. The vehicle weighs 16 tons and costs approximately R$ 6 million. The Guarani can reach speeds of up to 110 km/h and withstand powerful attacks such as machine guns, bombs, and landmines weighing up to 6 kg. Soldiers can remain inside it for several days.
