📖 BIBLE IN 365 “WORKING” DAYS – DAY 315 – Acts: CHAPTERS 10-12 ✨ 🔔 Welcome to the most transformative journey of your life! Today we continue reading the Acts of the Apostles, following how God opened the doors of the gospel to all nations and demonstrated His power in favor of the Church. 📜 Chapter 10 recounts the encounter between Peter and Cornelius. God shows Peter, through a vision, that salvation is not only for the Jews, but for all peoples. Upon proclaiming the gospel in Cornelius's house, the Holy Spirit is poured out on the Gentiles, confirming that God does not show favoritism. 📜 Chapter 11 shows Peter explaining to the brothers in Jerusalem all that God had done among the Gentiles. The Church recognizes the divine action and glorifies God for salvation reaching other nations. We also see the growth of the church in Antioch, where the disciples are first called Christians. 📜 Chapter 12 recounts the persecution carried out by King Herod Agrippa I. James is killed, and Peter is imprisoned. However, while the church prays fervently, God sends an angel to miraculously free Peter from prison. The chapter ends showing that the Word of God continued to grow and spread. ✨ These chapters reveal that the gospel is for everyone, that prayer has power, and that God continues to reign sovereignly over all circumstances.
