Continuing from Part 4, we'll visit two more restaurants along Matsumoto City Road 6012, near Sasaga. The first is the char siu ramen at Tsuzura, a noodle and teppanyaki restaurant. It's an authentic pork bone-based soy sauce ramen. The second is the white soy sauce ramen and fried chicken set at Chaashuya Matsumoto Minami branch. I really like both the ramen and the fried chicken here.
