Kostal Guitars Comparison - Modified Dreadnought in The Tree and MDW Signature Model
It's been over 10 years since I got my Kostal Modified Dreadnought and since the arrival of my Signature model - The MDW - some years later I have had lots of requests to do a comparison of the two guitars. These instruments were designed to have very different personalities and offer a wide variety of timbres. That said I have never done a direct comparison - I guess it was time to fix that. So join me in an in-depth look at 32 and The MDW Both guitars are strung with Elixir 12-53 Phosphor Bronze strings and the mic positions and settings were identical.
