[Hotel Food.com 86] This Marriott hotel report is about the local Yokohama Bay Sheraton. I used points to get a free stay during my birthday week. Despite that, my room was upgraded, and I received presents, a card, and even a cake in the lounge. I'm not particularly happy about my birthday anymore (I don't want to get older), but I appreciate their thoughtfulness. I'm so happy. Thank you very much. [Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers] 5 minutes from JR Yokohama Station. Best of all, it only takes about 15 minutes to get there from my house. Shuttle: From Haneda Airport, take YCAT. [Member Benefits] Platinum members and above can use the lounge. You can choose a "free breakfast buffet" from the welcome gifts. See the video for details. This time, I was upgraded to a "Premium Twin (46㎡) Room." [SHERATON CLUB] (Lounge) You can enjoy alcoholic beverages in a pleasant atmosphere with a view overlooking Yokohama Station and Minato Mirai. The draft beer you pour yourself is delicious. The food itself is relatively chic, but they also serve "Xiao Long Bao and Bao Buns" (Chinatown style) and "Iekei Ramen." There happened to be fireworks that day, which made the mood even more uplifting. And on top of that, they even gave me a birthday cake. I appreciate their thoughtfulness. The time limit (1-1.5 hours) is a bit disappointing. [Breakfast Buffet] I chose this hotel because of the "KANAGAWA BREAKFAST" at the "Compass" breakfast buffet, which features plenty of Kanagawa ingredients. It includes brand-name rice, seafood from Miura, Odawara, and Yugawara, Odawara pickled plums, Chinese food from Chinatown, and much more. You can even finish with ramen. (Plenty of desserts too!) Overall Impression: The room is wide, and the view is on the opposite side from the station and the sea. It was nice to see my former workplace and familiar scenery from above. (The view from the front is from the lounge.) The excellent hospitality made for a truly pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.
