XINLEHONG 9125 MAX SPEED RUNS / WILL IT GO 46KPH?

GPS MAX Speed Run tests on the Xinlehong 9125 1/10 Scale 4x4 Truck on both the stock 7.4V 2s Lipo provided with the truck and also one of my 11.1V 3S Lipos. Will it make the same speed that is stated on the box?
