Fiberglass pools are made from a mold. The mold is produced from a pattern, or replica, of the pool that is designed. The quality of the mold is determined by three factors: 1. The mold must be made true and level, never more than 1/8" out of level 2. The mold be properly reinforced with steel to sustain movement around the plant 3.
