Cops Afraid of Livestream | Lawsuit Backfires

Most people understand and accept that citizens have a constitutional right to record video of interactions with police officers, at this point - in general. Law enforcement has fought that every step of the way, of course. But is there a right to “livestream” encounters with police officers?
