I buy it almost every day. It costs around 3,000 rupiah, but I get very little. So I thought about making my own milk tofu. I made it twice, but I was a little successful, but I wasn't satisfied, hehe. Finally, I made my own measurements and found out what made it fail. And finally, I made Jombang-style milk tofu with my own measurements and method. It was delicious. I made two boxes and they were all gone, hehe. The taste was truly delicious, melting, and the crispier it was, the more it could be chewed inside. In fact, I think this milk tofu I made was even tastier than the store-bought kind. If you're making a bit more, you can simply double the recipe. 2. Make sure the baking powder and baking soda are active. 3. The longer you soak the tofu, the softer it will be, but overnight is the maximum (check carefully, as you might break it if you use too much baking soda/BP). 4. If you don't want to use the water from the first soaking to make tofu milk again, store it in the refrigerator. However, if you soak it overnight, don't use the previous soaking water again.
