EP 2: Procurement 101: RFP (Request for Proposals)/RFQ (Request for Qualifications) End to End

Sheena Aikens, Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, led a comprehensive session on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and the role of the Evaluation Committee.
