Miguel Castillo is a Mechanical Engineer who, at one point in his life, decided to change his career path and enter the world of corporate human resources. The change was so radical that even his closest circle struggled to understand what his job entailed within a large group of companies in the Canary Islands. Miguel's talk is titled: “1, 2, 3, - Talent & Culture,” and in it, he will explain how he has experienced the major changes that human resources departments have undergone, the shift towards a much more people-centered approach, and all the lessons he has learned along the way. At the same time, Miguel declares himself a lover of the sea, nature, sports like windsurfing and surfing, and his passion is swimming with his dog, Mia, who might even surprise us during his talk.
