My mom is moving from Verona to Milan soon, and we rented this apartment. After the deed, before we could even begin work, we had to overcome some issues with the previous owner, who had left all the furniture inside. After about a fortnight, the apartment was finally vacated. At that point, we were able to do the first inspection with the house empty, but the first day didn't start off smoothly: between a flooded kitchen, a power outage, and other small unforeseen issues, the start of the work was more hectic than expected.
