How to occupy Local Control using State Plane Coordinates with Emlid RS3 and Emlid Caster (NTRIP)

I get many questions from surveyors and non surveyors alike about occupying control points (benchmarks) with the Emlid RS2 or RS3 and using the Emlid Caster Service. It is very simple to occupy control using points from any CRS (coordinate reference system) by importing those points into the Emlid Flow App. Once one site, you can then occupy that point and specify the coordinates by picking the point from you project. I walk you step by step and explain a few other things along the way. With the free Emlid Caster Service you can have multiple base units and each base unit can have up to 10 Rovers connected to it via online NTRIP RTK corrections. The Emlid Flow App makes occupying a control point and assuming the local coordinates of that control a piece of cake!
