Three small paintings. One quiet summer evening. From golden hour to the last light of day, I spent the evening painting outdoors and chasing the changing colors of the landscape before darkness arrived. 🎬 ABOUT THE VIDEO: In this video, I paint three small plein air oil studies during a calm summer evening in Lithuania. Starting in the warm light of golden hour and continuing until sunset, I move between different locations, capturing brief impressions of the landscape as the light changes throughout the evening. Rather than focusing on a single finished painting, this session is about observation, simplicity and working quickly outdoors before the day comes to an end. Each study was completed on location using direct observation and natural light. 🎧 EXPERIENCE: This video contains no talking. You will hear only natural ambient sounds from the forest, creating a calm, immersive plein air painting experience.
