Hi Guys, Can you believe it! This is our last workout video for Wellness month! I hope you guys enjoyed the challenges as much I did! How did it go? I am curious to hear if you are feeling stronger, more motivated or if you just had fun in joining! Our health has played such a big role in the past year and with the right amount of exercise , healthy nutrition and relaxation we can increase our immune system! In the upcoming weeks I will be filming more Pilates workout so stay tuned for that. The holidays are around the corner and its honestly for most of us going to be a strange period of time! Many of us used to celebrate this with families and travels. I am very bumped that I can not go to the Netherlands to see my parents and brother but Max and I just made plans to visit friends in Colorado over Christmas. Maybe if we are lucky we can go skiing for the day but we shall see! I am taking everything day by day because that's the only way how I not go crazy haha.
