By siddu biradar article 105 of the constitution speaks about the privileges, powers and immunity of the member of the parliament. freedom of speech is subject to condition of rules, standing orders and constitution. no mp's shall prosecute in court of law for there speech in parliament,and vote. no person shall be prosecute for there publication of facts of the parliament business parliament may by law can provide more powers and immunities to members . this power , privilege and immunities were extended to that person who has power to speak in , take a part in proceedings and become member of commitues there of . it means that attorney general of India also has some power privilege and protection as mp's have.
