This is a eatery near Geumchon Market where the main dishes are a refreshing soybean paste stew and an assorted grilled fish set. 📍Jindo Restaurant in Geumchon: 58 Geumjeong-ro, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do Wow, everyone👀😳 I am posting this bracing myself for the criticism. I’ve heard plenty of stories about this place being frequented by Paju locals, and the set menu just looks so tempting, you know~ So, I went to check it out. It is a place where you can really feel the depth of skill in every bite. They grilled the fish so perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The soybean paste stew is made with dried shrimp and clams, so it is refreshing and clean. Haha. The side dishes go without saying. That spicy pork stir-fry is also really delicious. This is a restaurant I’d like to recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal.🩷 And as I mentioned at the end of the video, if you say this place isn't good... well, we just have different tastes. Haha.
