Eliane was lured by the offer and made a purchase that resulted in the loss of R$ 25,000. The offer began with a fake promotion, where products such as milk and coffee were offered at reduced prices. When the supposed delivery person arrived, he refused cash or contactless debit payments, claiming technical difficulties. During the transaction, Eliane was distracted by a call from the fake delivery center while the delivery person was changing the card machine. Upon checking her statement, Eliane realized that her account had been debited improperly. She tried to stop the delivery person from escaping, but he got away, abandoning his backpack.
