The Philips TV mentioned as supporting both NTSC and PAL is 15PF5120/28. Commodore monitors released specifically for use with the C64 included the original 1701 (no A, B, C, or D), the 1702, and multiple 1802 versions, with the later 1802 models intended for the Commodore 64C.
