And with that, hello and welcome to my #karinaskochecke to my quick Sunday recipe. It is a very simple recipe that is ready in 20 minutes. It is ideal for using up leftovers, you can use whatever sausage you have there. The recipe is suitable for both lunch and dinner or for the after-work kitchen. We always have a quick lunch on Sundays so you can spend the day with the family. This is how this cooking format came about and there are always quick recipes on my YouTube channel on Sundays. _____________________________________ And here comes the recipe ingredients I used 200g meat sausage 2 bockwurst 1/2 green onion 1 clove of garlic 200ml cream 250ml broth of your choice (2 teaspoons instant) Optional herbs of your choice rapeseed oil for frying cooking utensils 1 board knife measuring cup 1 pan preparation 1. Cut the meat sausage into cubes and the bockwurst into slices. 2. Cut the onion into fine strips. 3. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan over medium-high and fry the meat sausage and bockwurst until brown and crispy. 4. Add the onion strips and also fry until lightly brown. 5. Press the garlic through a press directly into the pan and stir-fry for a further 1 minute. 6. Deglaze the sausage pan with cream and broth, add the herbs and simmer covered for 5 minutes. 7. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika and stir well. Taste and season if necessary. 8. Thicken with cornstarch or sauce thickener until the sauce has reached the desired consistency. 9. Let simmer for another 3 minutes and the super tasty sausage pan in a delicious creamy sauce is ready. This goes well with pasta or potatoes.
