Iain Copeland - MCPS/PRS Shadow Of The Wolf - Anxo Lorenzo The Swallow’s Tail - Unknown The title track of the cd starts with an excerpt from an interview conducted in 1957 by Hamish Henderson with Donald and Mina Macleod in Bettyhill, a discussion on the state of the Gaelic language in schools at the time is taking place.We are grateful to The School of Scottish Studies and The Mackay Country Community Trust for use of and access to these archive samples. We would particularly like to thank family member Rosemary MacIntosh for her permission for this use and her support of our work. We thought it would be nice to juxtapose this with on old Gaelic air and some cracking tunes from the lads.
