MVPN Video 1 - Introduction to Multicast VPNs (MVPN) with Rosen-GRE/MDT-GRE
This is the first video of a video series on Multicast VPNs (MVPN) and their implementation on both IOS and IOS-XR routers with a focus on CCIE candidate requirements. In this video, we introduce the concept of MVPN or Multicast VPN services provided by Service Provider (SP) networks. The video also introduces the concept of Draft-Rose/Rosen GRE/MDT GRE as one of the earliest ways to provide multicast transit services via the SP core.
