My Kazakhstan Connection I travel from New Zealand to a small village in Kazakhstan on a journey that’s both personal and uncertain. I wanted to document this journey as of course it came with many highs and lows. I found a link to my grandmother from my Uncle who lives in Ukraine. My birth mother Tatiana connected with her brother (My Uncle) several years back but this was my chance to find out what happened with their mother (My grandmother Raisa). Here on my channel, I share my personal journey as a Russian-New Zealand adoptee, adopted at two from Arkhangelsk, Russia.
