Jeff Chan from the ‪@MMAShredded‬ channel visited me in Shanghai China. We had the chance to train together at the UFC Performance Institute, to do some Shuai Jiao (traditional Chinese folk wrestling), visit combat sports gyms and coaches in the city, and of course, sit down for a long form discussion about martial arts, life, China’s old kungfu masters, fatherhood & family, and what Jeff has planned for the future.
