Here's a simple eye look and how to rock rainbow Glitter lips. The Glitter I used is MAC 3D Silver, a larger sized rainbow-reflecting glitter. A better way to do this is to use lip balm or lipstick instead of gloss. This is my most popular video ever, Thank you so much!
