Mana yg Lebih Nyaman? Executive Room atau Junior Suite Room? REVIEW JUJUR CAHAYA VILLA HOTEL GARUT

Cahaya Villa Hotel Garut is said to be one of the most beautiful hotels and villas with beautiful views of Mount Guntur and a peaceful atmosphere. However, when we stayed in an Executive Room, there were several things that made us feel uncomfortable. Finally, we decided to contact the front desk, who helped follow up with hotel management. Shortly after, we were contacted again and upgraded to a Junior Suite. Actually, moving to the same room type would have been fine, but due to full availability, we were moved to the Junior Suite at no additional cost. Here, as guests, we felt appreciated. We sincerely hope Cahaya Villa Garut can improve in the future, so that every guest who comes will always feel comfortable in the room they paid for. Overall, All the staff were friendly. The old building is still well-maintained, although room cleanliness still needs improvement. The new building is certainly more comfortable, cleaner, and closer to the swimming pool. For those of you planning a staycation at Villa Cahaya Garut, don't forget to remember which room type you choose. Different rooms have different gates. Best rates for weekday visits.
