Tommy Lee Jones, Koji Yakusho, Hana Sugisaki, Ryunosuke Kamiki, Soichi Noguchi, and Miyuki Nakajima star in the latest "Alien Jones: Forbidden Planet" TV commercial (30-second versions, 120 seconds each) in the "Earth Investigation Series" for Suntory Coffee's "BOSS," which is celebrating its 30th anniversary. The commercial will air nationwide from Thursday, September 1st. In the "Alien Jones: Earth Investigation Series," an alien named Jones from another planet disguises himself as an Earthling who looks just like Hollywood actor Tommy Lee Jones and works a variety of jobs while investigating the unknown planet Earth. In the latest installment, familiar faces like Koji Yakusho, Hana Sugisaki, and Ryunosuke Kamiki join the cast, with singer Miyuki Nakajima playing "Space President Miyuki," the man who sent Jones to Earth. Since its debut in 2006, Nakajima has been closely associated with the series, which supports all working people, and has featured five of his songs in its commercials. This marks Nakajima's first commercial appearance, featuring his classic hits "Headlights, Taillights" and "Fight!" This marks his first appearance in a commercial in approximately 11 years. Additionally, astronaut Soichi Noguchi takes on his first acting role as an employee at a small factory that produces rocket screws. This all-star cast is fitting for the 30th anniversary of the BOSS series. The commercial's theme is "Why do the inhabitants of this planet work so hard?" In search of the answer to this question, which is of utmost concern to her, Space President Miyuki sneaks into a small factory run by the government as a clerk. However, even after secretly creating a hidden room in the back of a locker to monitor the activities of Earth's workers and revealing her identity to Jones, who has been investigating undercover as an employee, and asking him for an answer, she is unable to find a solution. So she pulls out something called a "work stop switch." The moment she presses the button, unprecedented events occur all over the planet. What exactly is this? A whim by a space president in a small town factory escalates into a situation that involves the entire planet.
