Making one of THE MOST DIFFICULT Pastries in the World

Sfogliatelle, my favorite pastry. Either with coffee for breakfast or as a sweet dessert, this is by my standards the best pastry in the world. It is however incredibly difficult to make and extremely time consuming. The process is worth it, but if you have a baker that makes these by you...I recommend just buying them and saving the hassle. Fun to try once though.
