Roller Derby 180 Sidesurf, Pivot, and Jump Transitions (two feet AND one foot!)

There's a certain type of transition I see new skaters learn that they get really stuck on, they get married to this transition, they build a summer home on this transition. This transition can get them in trouble, cutting the track or tripping up teammates and opponents. I'm not saying never do it, I'm saying LEARN A WHOLE BUNCH OF TRANSITIONS so you have options and can use the right one in the right situation. ;-) This video explores all different types of transitions using both feet or just one foot (bonus agility unlocked!!).
