Mango Park Rookie Police Officer Brinson is on patrol when he catches a motorist going well above the speed limit. After pulling the car over, he learns that the driver in question is the nephew of Sgt. Mike Green, and he demands to be let go with a simple warning. Despite being a family member of a fellow policeman, Officer Brinson is determined to do the right thing and issue him a citation.
